Equity Seeking and Racialized Leadership

Equity Seeking and Racialized Leadership

The Â鶹ԭ´´ is committed to inclusivity and diversity within the workplace.Ìý The upcoming information session serves as a call to action for Â鶹ԭ´´ to be at the forefront of promoting equity and racial diversity in leadership. Through this initiative we aim to create a more inclusive, equitable and inclusive board to serve all of our students. Individuals from equity-seeking groups are those that identify barriers to equal access, opportunity and resources due to disadvantage, discrimination and actively seek social justice and reparation.

This information session is aimed for teachers interested in Catholic Leadership. Elementary and Secondary teachers from equity-seeking and racialized groups are invited to attend an information session with Superintendent Joel Chiutsi and Superintendent Siobhan Wright to discuss the pathways into Leadership.ÌýÌý
